Job Overview
As a UX Designer at Spaceflux, you will play a vital role in shaping exceptional user experiences for our evolving suite of products. Working closely with the Product team, you will understand business requirements, navigate technical constraints, and lead user research efforts through interviews, surveys, and testing. Your insights and designs will help create intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and more to ensure the usability and functionality of our products continue to exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
- Transform concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that drive seamless, intuitive user experiences.
- Support the product vision for Track and Guard, as well as Cortex, by conducting research, conceptualizing designs, sketching, prototyping, and testing.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, and customer journey maps optimized for various devices and interfaces.
- Identify and resolve design challenges with creative, user-centered solutions.
- Make strategic design and UX decisions, aligning with both core and new functionalities.
- Embrace a user-centered design approach to iteratively test and refine your work.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs for complex systems.
- Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Figma) and prototyping frameworks.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to drive design decisions.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams – sometimes in a leadership role.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage competing priorities.
