MIRU: Optical SST system

Powered by Spaceflux proprietary CORTEX software, Miru Station is an advanced optical Space Surveillance and Tracking system for precise detection of Resident Space Objects (RSOs); from LEO to GEO. Also available with short-wavelength infrared (SWIR) technology for reliable daylight tracking, Miru Station offers 24/7 monitoring.

Trusted by both civil and defence sectors, Miru Station is deployed in the UK’s first sovereign SSA sensor network, benefitting from Spaceflux services including full integration, installation, support; and robust cybersecurity.

A flexible optical SST system

Spaceflux's Miru Station takes its name from the Japanese word "見る" (miru), meaning "to see" or "to observe." This name reflects the system’s mission of providing advanced observation and monitoring capabilities of space objects, enabling greater visibility and understanding of the dynamic orbital environment.

Miru Station is quick to set up and supports a wide range of applications and missions. The system’s modular approach ensures cost efficiency and flexibility in deployment while also guaranteeing a proven, resilient base upon which custom adaptations and enhancements are easily integrated.
